Certified Home Appraisals – Fee Schedule

Our fees begin at $100 for the simple report. For a fee quote or extended schedule of fees for more complex appraisals, please request by e-mail and we will send the information to you.

The MVM REPORT is the simplest and least expensive appraisal.  The fee is $100 for the simplest report, $150 for a report with photos and maps, and $250 for the most extensive MVMREPORT.

The FNMA 1004 appraisal report form used for conventional financing is $550.

The narrative appraisal report for single family houses starts at $750.

(All fees are negotiable based on the difficulty of the analysis and time from for completion.)
