The MVMREPORT, our most affordable appraisal report, is a product unique to this office. It was created by Ralph Olsen to provide a Certified Appraisal at a manageable price point.
This report incorporates all the analytical processes that are included in any other residential appraisal that is based on sales comparisons. What it does not do is include the many ancillary details required by lenders. These would include census tracts, flood map numbers, etc.
This abbreviated report gives the client the answer to the question “What is the property worth?” And, the answer is based on analysis conducted by a State Certified Appraiser, the highest qualified appraiser.
The MVMREPORT is acceptable in courts of law, by the IRS, for accounting purposes and for decision making in investment planning.
The MVMREPORT is Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) compliant, satisfying both state and federal law.
