Narrative Appraisal Reports are the easiest to read. They are spiral bound reports of about 50 pages with all the appropriate appraisal documentation included. These reports are the only report type with a table of contents. They follow a very logical format and guide the reader from the general information about the neighborhood the property is in, to description of site elements, to specifics about the improvements (house), to the final value conclusion.
The addendum includes all the maps, photos and charts necessary for a clear understanding of how the value conclusion was developed.
