FNMA Report

FNMA Reports are produced on the Uniform Residential Appraisal Report form (URAR), which was designed by the Federal National Mortgage Association (FNMA). This is the report type that is required by lenders for first and second mortgage financing.

This is an extensive report format. It includes the most detail of any of the product types available through Pacific West Appraisal Services, Inc.

The FNMA report is mainly for lenders.
